Imporant Information

Please carry your Passport or valid ID card with you for verification.
Arrive at the meeting point at least 30 minutes before departure to avoid delays.

Child should be accompanied by Adult throughout the visit.
If guests fail to report within the given time it will be a NO Show and there will be no Rescheduling or Refund for it.

Shoes must be removed before boarding the yacht. (Socks can remain on — this is a standard rule for all yachts.)
In case of unfavorable weather or sea conditions, the route will be adjusted and will include Burj Al Arab instead.
Luggage or large bags are not allowed on board for safety and space reasons.
Food and beverages brought from outside may not be allowed.
During dry days, entertainment will be closed and alcohol will not be served as per UAE government guidelines

Cancellation Policy

For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.

Child Policy

Children under 2 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
Children between age 2 to 10 will be considered as child and charged child rate.
Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
