Arrive about 30 minutes before your slot time at the ticketing counter with your voucher.
The Day slot runs from about 10 am to 3 pm and the Sunset slot from about 4 pm to 7 pm, with last admission around 6:30 pm; check your selected option for your exact slot.
This ticket is not valid for Thai passport holders.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
If your selected option includes a hotel transfer, be ready in the lobby a few minutes before your pickup time.
Large luggage, strollers, or professional camera equipment may require prior permission or may not be allowed inside.
No refunds, amendments, or cancellations apply for unused, missed, or no-show visits.
