• Sky Views Dubai is located on Levels 52 and 53 of the Address Sky View Hotel, Downtown Dubai, at 219.5 meters above ground
• A valid Passport or Emirates ID must be carried at the time of visit
• Please arrive at least 20 to 30 minutes before your scheduled entry time
• For sunset viewing between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM, book your entry at least 90 minutes in advance during peak season
• During peak hours, waiting time for the Glass Slide may be up to 30 minutes
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased
• There will be no refund for unused or partially used services
• Sky Views Dubai is not responsible for reduced visibility caused by weather conditions
• Entry timings and ticket prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Eating, drinking, and smoking inside any transfer vehicle is strictly prohibited
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times
• Age Criteria: Guests aged between 12 and 65 years are eligible for the Glass Slide — children below 12 years are not allowed
• Weight Criteria: Guests weighing between 30 kg and 150 kg are allowed for the Glass Slide
• Height Criteria: Guests with height between 120 cm and 200 cm are allowed for the Glass Slide
• Dress Code: Modest, comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required — no loose dresses, skirts, high heels, flip flops, loose footwear, long or loose scarves, or shoes with sharp metal edges
• Health Conditions: The Glass Slide is not permitted for pregnant guests or guests with neck or back weakness, broken bones, heart conditions, nervous disorders, epilepsy, motion sickness, or severe physical or mental disorders
• Under Influence: Guests under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or any judgment-impairing medication are not permitted on the Glass Slide
• Please notify Sky Views staff of any disability — intellectual or physical — that may affect your ability to complete the experience

• Sky Views can be accessed through The Address Sky View Hotel, Tower 1, Level 1 — entry point next to the residence entrance
• Alternatively, access via The Dubai Mall metro link to the main entrance of Sky Views, Level 1 (next to Marina Pharmacy)
