• Seaworld experiences are additional services. Access to these experiences requires a valid Seaworld entry ticket, which must be purchased separately.
• Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 18 years or older who is also participating in the same expedition.
• Please arrive at Explorer’s HQ a minimum of 15 minutes before the Expedition.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
• ATMs, Prayer rooms, Baby changing and feeding facilities, smoking areas are located on the Plaza level.
  
• Valet parking, Lockers, and Strollers are available on extra charges at the venue itself.
• The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons.
• Guests are prohibited from bringing food and drinks into the Park
• If it's not a private tour, a group of 12 will be admitted, with the possibility of varying group sizes.
  
• Anyone who mistreats or fails to follow safety instructions with the animals will be promptly removed from the encounter from the Park, without compensation or refund.
• Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
  
• Cameras and phones are not allowed in the water.
