Imporant Information

All guests are required to carry the same Passport or Singapore government-issued NRIC used during check-in, and the same ID must be entered in the customer portal.
Once a reservation is confirmed, it cannot be amended, cancelled, refunded, exchanged, or transferred.
Guests must present their reservation confirmation as the admission ticket before boarding the cruise.
Guests are advised to arrive at least 15–20 minutes before the scheduled boarding time, as late arrivals may miss the cruise and tickets will remain non-refundable and non-transferable.
Children above 4 years are allowed on the cruise at applicable child rates and must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
Infants under 4 years are allowed onboard only with prior approval from the Captain or company management.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted onboard the cruise.
As per yacht safety standards, shoes must be removed before boarding, and the crew will safely store them during the cruise.
Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking area on the lower deck, and guests should confirm the area with the ship’s crew before smoking.
Cruise schedules may be subject to weather conditions or operational requirements, and the operator reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to ensure guest safety.
