Your safety is our priority. Every session begins with a comprehensive safety briefing delivered by our certified guides, with all necessary safety equipment — including RF-enabled helmets — provided throughout the experience.

• Valid ID Required: Guests must bring a soft copy of a valid official ID or passport on the day of the experience.
• Pick-Up & Transfer: Select your preferred tour time when booking. Hotel pick-up is generally arranged 60–90 minutes before your selected experience time, depending on your location and transfer schedule.
• Hotel Pick-Up: Complimentary/arranged hotel transportation is available according to the transfer option selected at the time of booking.
• Buggy Driving Duration: The actual self-driving experience lasts 30 or 60 minutes as per slot chosen. Please note that the safety briefing is conducted separately before the ride.
• What to Wear: Wear comfortable, lightweight clothing and suitable closed footwear that allows you to move freely. Please avoid bringing heavy luggage.
• Age Requirements: The minimum age to drive:
• Buggy: 20+ years | Under 20 with a valid driving license
• ATV: 16+ years
• Buggy Passenger: 6+ years
• Health Restrictions: This experience is *not recommended for pregnant women or guests with existing back problems*.
• Safety Helmets: Wearing a safety helmet is *mandatory throughout the buggy ride*.
• Follow Your Guide: For your safety, all guests must follow the instructions provided by the professional guide. *Drifting, excessive speeding, reckless driving, or unsafe behavior is strictly prohibited* and may result in the experience being terminated without refund.
• Indemnity Form: All participants are required to complete and sign an *indemnity/waiver form* before starting the Dubai desert buggy experience.
