  • This transfer is not suitable for pets.
  • Infant seats are unavailable.
  • Guests should be ready at the pick-up points as per the given timings.
  • The maximum waiting time is 10 minutes.
  • Driver details will be sent via WhatsApp by 9:00 PM one day before the transfer.

  • Food and drinks are not permitted inside the vehicle.
  • Kindly wait at the Legoland entrance or your designated hotel lobby for the driver; do not wait outside the premises.

  • Large luggage items (e.g., surfboards, golf bags) must be informed in advance to ensure proper vehicle arrangement.
  • The service is strictly point-to-point; additional stops are not included unless pre-arranged with the operator.

  • All Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
  • If Cancellation made within 48 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
  • If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.

    Child Policy

    • Individuals under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
    • Individuals aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
    • Individuals above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
