- KLIA1 arrivals: meet your driver at Level 1, Door 6.
- KLIA2 arrivals: meet your driver at Level 2, Door 3.
- Midnight pickups run between 10 pm and 6 am.
- This transfer is not wheelchair accessible.
- This service is not suitable for pets.
- Infant seats are unavailable.
- Food and drinks are not permitted inside the vehicle.
- Be ready at the pickup point at the scheduled time; the maximum waiting time is 10 minutes.
- Driver details are sent via WhatsApp by 9 pm the day before your transfer.
- Enter your hotel name, address, WhatsApp number and country code at checkout.
- This is a direct point-to-point transfer; there are no stops in between.
- Travel time is around 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on traffic and weather.

- All Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
- If Cancellation made within 48 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
- If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.
Child Policy
- Individuals under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
- Individuals aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
- Individuals above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
