- This transfer is not wheelchair accessible.
- It is not suitable for pets.
- Infant seats are unavailable.
- Plan to be ready in the hotel lobby around four hours before your flight's departure time.
- Be ready at the pickup point at the agreed time; the driver's maximum wait is 10 minutes.
- Driver details are sent via WhatsApp by 9 PM the day before your transfer.
- Enter your hotel name, address, WhatsApp number and country code at checkout.
- Food and drinks are not permitted inside the vehicle.
- Keep your mobile phone switched on and reachable during pickup time.
- Inform us in advance about large luggage items, such as surfboards or golf bags, so the right vehicle can be arranged.

- All Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
- If Cancellation made within 48 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
- If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.
Child Policy
- Individuals under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
- Individuals aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
- Individuals above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
