Within 24 hours after the completion of booking, the customer will receive an update from our team. 

Upon confirmation, you will later receive a W Hotel Voucher.

This voucher serves as proof of booking and must be presented at the W Hotel for ticket collection.

The voucher will clearly indicate the booking reference and category details.

Ticket Collection & Release Timeline

Physical tickets for the event should be collected directly from W Hotel.

The customer will be informed once the hotel begins the ticket handover process.

Tickets will be handed over approximately one week prior to race weekend.

Ticket delivery time frame:

Tickets will be available for collection about one week before the event.

Type of ticket:

It will be physical tickets from W Hotel against the issued voucher.

Venue: Yas Central

Within 24 hours after the completion of booking, you’ll receive an update from our team. 

Ticket Access & Release Timeline

The customer will receive a notification once the tickets are uploaded and ready for access.

Access details and ticket QR codes will be available on the Yas F1 App closer to the event date.

For all Sundown Suite bookings tickets will be issued digitally via the Yas Marina Circuit (Yas F1) App.

No physical tickets will be provided for the Sundown Suite; entry will be through digital passes on the app.
