• Bring a valid photo ID or passport, as it may need to be shown at the entrance.
• Your booking confirmation is valid only for the selected date and time slot.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• A roundtrip hotel transfer, when selected, is available only from central Dubai locations: Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road and Marina.
• There is no refund for unused or partially used services.
• Food and beverages brought from outside may not be allowed inside the premises.
• Rayna Tours and the venue are not responsible for loss, injury or damage sustained during the visit.
• Entry can be refused for non-compliance with venue rules and regulations.
• If a booked transfer is delayed, consider alternative transport to arrive on time; refund requests for transfer issues can be raised afterward.
