Departures every 25 to 30 minutes depend upon the selected route.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Vouchers are redeemable at various City Sightseeing locations in the Dubai Mall (bus parking), the Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo (ground floor and second floor), Atlantis, The Palm, the JBR Beach (close to KFC Restaurant), and Souk Madinat Jumeirah.
Following the ticket redemption, guests can hop on at any designated attraction along the route. However, this does not apply to the Sunset and Night Tour, which operates as a single loop.
City Sightseeing buses are wheelchair-accessible.
Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.

For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.

Child Policy

Children age 4 and under will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
Children between age 5 to 15 will be considered as child and charged child rate.
Children above age 15 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
