• A valid government-issued photo ID or passport is mandatory for entry.
• All bookings are subject to availability and final reconfirmation. Time slots are only guaranteed once confirmed within 24 hours.

• Vouchers should be presented at the counter.
• Eating, drinking, and smoking are not permitted in transfer vehicles or during tours.
• Transfers are only for Point to Point basis unless disposable mentioned.

• For scheduled transfers, guests must be ready at the hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before the assigned pickup time.
• Promotional tickets are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with any other offers or discounts.
• Children below 90 cm in height are not eligible to purchase or access Flight Theater tickets.
• Visitors with a height of 120 cm or above must also purchase an adult ticket, regardless of age.

• Senior citizens aged 60 years and above are eligible to purchase tickets at the child ticket rate upon presentation of a valid government-issued ID.
