The Booking Confirmation is valid only for the selected date and time
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Shared transfers are only available from central Dubai locations: Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, and Marina.
Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited inside the vehicle during transfer tours.
There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
Food and beverages brought from outside may not be allowed inside the premises
The management is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the visit.
The venue reserves the right to refuse entry in case of non-compliance with rules and regulations.
For time slot-based ticket bookings with transfers, if transfers are delayed, consider using alternative transportation to arrive on time and prevent no-shows. Refund requests for transfer issues can be submitted later.
Please Note - Burj Khalifa will offer one complimentary digital photo with every Lounge booking from 21 August to 21 November 2025.

Booking Policy

In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

Children under 3 years will be considered infants and entry will be free of cost.
Children between ages of 3 to 8 will be considered as children and charged a child rate.
Children above age 8 will be considered an adult and charged the adult rate.
