A passport or Emirates ID is mandatory to be produced at the Entrance for Identification purposes.
Pregnant women, Heart Patients or people suffering from backache are strictly not recommended for the Tour.

For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.

Child Policy

Kids below 0 to 12 years are NOT allowed for the experience.

Kids from 13 to 18 years of age should be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Individuals above 12 years of age OR above 145 cm height are allowed for the experience.
