Imporant Information

Please carry a valid passport or photo ID during your visit.
Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the park.
Most water activities require a minimum height of 1.2 meters.
Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
Swimwear or quick-dry clothing is recommended. Closed-toe water shoes are required for selected activities.
Safety equipment, including life jackets and helmets, will be provided for all activities.
Certified instructors, lifeguards, first aid, and emergency staff are available throughout the park for guest safety.
Guests may bring their own surfboard or kayak equipment, subject to safety approval.
Some activities, such as surf sessions, operate on specific time slots.
Activities may be delayed or paused due to extreme weather conditions.
Re-entry is permitted on the same day with a valid park wristband.
Complimentary parking is available on-site; overnight parking is not permitted.
Park operating hours may vary seasonally or during special events.

Cancellation Policy

For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.

Child Policy

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or an adult who is at least 21 years old.
