Please ensure that you carry a valid ID proof or passport with you during the transfer.
Pick up will be provided from centrally located areas in Abu Dhabi
To facilitate a smooth transfer, please provide us with detailed information regarding the pick-up and drop-off location and time.
Kindly note that the availability of storage space will determine the acceptance of oversized or excess baggage.
In the event that guests do not report within the specified time, it will be considered a NO Show, and there will be no option for rescheduling or refund.
There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.

All Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
If Cancellation made within 48 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.

Child Policy

Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
