Imporant Information

Bring your phone and/or camera fully charged as the museum is all about taking pictures and being creative in front of the lens.
The venue is wheelchair-accessible on the ground floor only and the staff is there to assist.
Children must be supervised by a parent / guardian.
No food is allowed in the premises.
Re-entry is not allowed once you leave the venue.
Please wear comfortable clothing.
Operating time is between 10:00 am to 08:00 pm (Everyday), the last admission is at 07:00 pm.

Cancellation Policy

For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.

Child Policy

Children below 3 years are considered infants and can enter free

Children below 3 to 11 years are charged child rate

Individual age 12 and above are considered adults and charged adult rates
