Snow Bullet ride requirements: children over 8 years old, at least 125 cm tall, and 30 kg+; adults max 120 kg
No mobile phones or cameras allowed in the Penguin Encounter Area
Eating and drinking allowed only at designated areas (Avalanche Café and North 28 restaurant); timings subject to change
Snow Daycation Pass includes optional activities (subject to availability); select another activity if unavailable
Slope access for experienced skiers and snowboarders only
Venue is not wheelchair accessible
Pregnant women cannot participate in activities
For Snow Premium, carry your confirmation email (sent 48 hours prior)

If Cancellation made within 48 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.

Children below 3 years of age are considered an infant and infants are not allowed to this activity
Children from 3 to 13 years will be considered Child.
Children above 14 years will be charged Adult Rates.
