• The staff will provide you with safety instructions before the camel ride to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
• A knowledgeable guide or instructor may accompany you during the camel ride, providing information about the camels and the surrounding area.
• Some packages may include complimentary water, soft drinks, or snacks during the camel ride or at the campsite.

• Pick-up from Areas other than centrally located  Dubai Hotels / Residence will be done on request with an additional surcharge.
  
• Sharing transfers are available from Deira, Bur Dubai, and Sheikh Zayed up to Marina.
• Dress in comfortable, long pants and closed-toe shoes to prevent saddle rubbing during camel rides.
• Bring sun protection including sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat for desert camel rides.
