This includes disabled visitors in an organised group accompanied by 1 other person, disabled visitors in a family unit of up to 5 people, people with reduced mobility, disabled visitors who require walking aids, pregnant women, families with children in pushchairs up to a maximum of 5 people.The customers having guided tours must meet the guide first and then follow the indications to access the museum.Please note that all participants are required to present a valid identity document (passport or national identity card) to access the museum. If the document does not match the given name or is not valid, entry will be denied by museum staff and no refund will be possible.
